Will write up Fri / Sat later or tomorrow

But let it be known Friday was a planned off plan day,
I wont call it flexisyn as I didn't decide how many I would have, or count what I did have, therefore it's not officially a flexiday..... but I'll explain more later
But Sat back to normal, on plan,

Are you finished? Lol! Been waiting! Anyway -
1. Well done on the 2lbs! Halle-flipping-lulia!
2. What do u mean by Mirror deal? Who do u work for?
3. More info please re Friday!

Lol! Can u tell I've missed ya?

Xx

1 - thanks, boy did I need it after last weeks STS - I worked hard for last week
2 - the Mirror newspaper did 4 days of weekly meal plans with a discount and it worked out you got a free week or 2 (found that out in class)
I work in cargo shipping - nothing exciting lol
3 - Friday was a pain - had to go to the office as we has our department Christmas lunch.
I also had my appraisal and was so, so close to telling him to stick it - I mean really close (did that in another job before - ah, as I think about it - twice before!)
The meal was expensive (company paid) but the food was cr&p and didn't live up to the menu - I cook better Italian myself, in fact fish & chips, Wetherspoons or Harvester would've been far, far better
Got home late - went to the pub - I didn't drive & I didn't drink diet pepsi lol
then we came home and demolished about 1/2lb of Stilton, crackers & pickles
As I said - totally planned as an unplanned day - new on track day today

WK55/3 D1 (Fri 20th Jan) - :break_diet:OFF PLAN :break_diet:

Well, as I said above, had to go in for a 'Christmas Lunch' just our dept. but OK, just meant 4 days in the office this week instead of 3

Knew I wasn't going to be on plan - so, I wasn't ;)

Couple of the New Zealanders brought in some food for some reason  dunno why, and I normally leave all the sweets, cakes and chocolates, and don't really have a problem, but, they brought in some homemade pasties - still warm - oh and so delightful, think it's the 3rd lot of pastry I've had in over a year...well worth having some, although I only had 2 small pieces, could easily have eaten the lot, oh, and a small square of cake - again homemade, and quite nice with a cuppa

Lunch was pants, the coffee & the beer were fine, but you can't really mess that up too much!!

Breakfast:
2xsmall sausage pasties & cake (about 2 mouthfuls)

Lunch: Italian restaurant
Appetiser : Focaccia, bread,
Carpaccio (raw fillet beef, parmesan & rocket),
Tagliatelle with prawns & courgettes in a lobster bisque,
Sides of Rosemary potatoes & garlic spinach

We ordered 2 portions each of the Focaccia, potatoes and spinach between 6 of us as sides
The focaccia was a disgrace (3 pieces the size of a 50p piece was a potion @ £4:20 a go!!)
the potatoes ended up as 2 slices each, and a tablespoon each of the spinach - he reckoned that would be enough for us :confused:
the Carpaccio was more like wafer thin pastrami from Asdas or Tescos, and the main was almost as bad, tasteless prawns, cold courgette, and the lobster bisque more like warm tinned veg soup
The 4 bottles of Peroni, and the double Espresso were fine!!!

Not pleased, OK, I wasn't paying, but that's not the point

Went to the pub in the evening - normal friday, but I probably had 5 or 6 pints, a lovely night, good laugh with friends, we then came home, and I made lovely supper of cheese, crackers & pickles

Supper:
pogen rolls, clover, stilton, garlic stuffed olives, beetroot, gherkin, onions, pickled cauliflower
in fact, I enjoyed it so much, I had another plateful!!

Ken had a huge stilton, so brught half of it here - really, really lovely - all washed down with a large whisky

So - a totaly off plan day, and cheered up by a great evening (thankfully)
