Debby - this is how I do my ½ symbol.

Press Alt while clicking on 0189..... and it should come up with ½ symbol.

Im just going to have to stick to my 0.5's.

Tuesday - extra easy

Breakfast - Quaker Oats so Simple(heb)
wilk milk (hea) and splenda

Lunch - couscous served with lean chicken, beetroot, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes and peppers.
2 tbsp extra lite mayo(1 syn), mullerlight yoghurt

Dinner - Asda meat free fillet (3.5 syns), SW chips

Extras - banana, grapes, pepsi max, water, snack a jacks (5.5 syns)

Total syns today = 10
 
Wednesday - extra easy

breakfast -
Lean ham, mushrooms, and an egg all fried in Fry Light.
Served with 2 x nimble brown(heb)
1 tsp Flora extra lite (0.5 syns)

lunch -
golden savoury rice, served with extra lean ham, tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber etc.

dinner -
pasta, with mushrooms, garlic, lean ham, peppers etc, mixed with 28g Philadelphia Light (3 syns)

extras -
Options(2 syns),milk(hea), fudge (6 syns)

total syns today = 11.5
 
Hi Debs, how's it going? I know your menus have been good but how have you been feeling? Managing to get much exercise done?

With the ½ I think you have to use the number pad not the numbers that are above the letters on your keyboard. Press the alt button, and keep it pressed while you press one at a time 0 1 8 9 then release the alt button, and it should work. You may need to switch on your NUMLOCK to get the number pad to work.
