    Here is my new diary going to restart this see if it helps I really dont want to go back to being almost 13st :( so here goes this week am back to trying to lose weight after gaining last week so No extra Hex for me


    Friday 27 august Green

    1st thing........ Banana
    Lunch.... asda cafe jacket spud no butter and beans with side salad
    Snack...... alpen light HeB 1 of 2, apple, banana
    dinner.....142g smoked haddock HeB sw chips mushy peas alpen light bar heb 2 of 2
    eve snack......... 6 mikados 3 syns


    So far today
    HeA 1
    HeB 2
    Syns 3 syns

    today has been ok not been craving and still quite full from dinner :) think another green day tomorrow :)

    well so far so good back on track :)


    Saturday 28th august Green

    1st thing...banana
    breakfast ... 42g all bran HeB with milk from HeA
    snack 5 mikados 2.5 syns banana bite of a home made cookie 2 syns
    Lunch... mugshot sw chips (not exactly ideal lol) shape yogurt
    dinner...... Jacket spud beans 2 egg omlette mushrooms onions tomato with HeA of cheese lidl yogurt 2 syns (didnt look before I ate it and so not worth it!)
    eve snack... 2 alpen lights HeB curly wurly 6 syns

    Last minute trip to the zoo today but even though I wasnt prepared in 30 minutes I made myself some cous cous with peppers onions and mushrooms to take so I stuck to plan yayy :)

    Green

    Breakfast.... Banana
    lunch.... above mentioned cous cous, shape 0% yogurt, banana, alpen light HeB 1 of 2
    afternoon snack..... Mugshot
    Dinner .......3 egg mush omlette half pack savoury rice alpen light HeB 2 of 2
    eve snack alpen light AGAIN! 1 HeB curly wurly 6 syns

    Late today been a bit rushed meaning I probably havnt eaten as much as I should but still on plan :)

    1st thing...... banana

    V late breakfast .... 3 egg mush omlette

    Lunch... banana

    snack alpen light Heb 1 of 2 4 sula sweets 1 syn
    Dinner... chicken HeB plus 2 syns,l sweet potato, sw roasters, green beans, carrots, peas, cauli, gravy 2 syns, yorkie pud 2 syns

    eve snack .... curly wurly 6 syns

    Seems every day is a hectic day atm not enough hours!!


    Tues 31 aug Green

    1st thing ... banana

    breakfast .... alpen light HeB 1 of 2 banana

    Lunch.... 2 eggs beans sw chips

    snack.... alpen light Heb 2 of 2 4 sula sweets 1

    Dinner....... Pasta with tinned ratatoulli Lidl used syns online came up free on red and EE and 1.5 syns on green hmmmm 1.5 syns HeA of cheese on top

    Eve snack.... 2 wm bread from 400 loaf HeB low sugar jam 1 syn curly wurly 6 syns

    weigh in tonight and confident I have lost the 2lb I gained last week :).

    Lunch..... mugshot banana

    snack..... sula sweets 2 0.5 syn
    at weigh in... hifi car alpen light banana
    After weigh in went a bit haywire lol
    Spag bol, small cadbury fruit and nut, cheap version of bounty (tiny), 7 bourbon biscuits :eek::eek:

    so that will be my flexi day then ;):D

    Well lost 3lb at weigh in which takes me nicely 2lb under my target go on holiday before next weeks weigh in but hoping to have lost another 1lb so I can relax and enjoy my holiday knowing yes I will gain but hopefully will still be in target range :)

    1st day back at school this morning so kinda puts aroutine back into my life ... except im on holiday next week lol

    dinner........ stew in the slow cooker parsnips swede carrots onions pasata lean beef HeB poured over pasta
