I've had a good day today. I've drank 3.5 litres of water, and I've done an hour of boxercise/aerobics.

Things have been fine thanks Carol, been keeping within my points (apart from my kebab incident on Tues) so really hoping that I get a good loss this week.

Hi everyone

After my good day yesterday, I'm ashamed to report, that I've had a bad day today. I've had the munchies all day, and anything that was around has gone in my mouth. The only up side to today is that I've drank 3.5 litres of water, and have been to aerobics for an hour.

None (Very late getting up)

Cheese Salad Wrap
Crisps
Grapes

Dinner
Sausage wrapped in Bacon
Mashed Potato
Veg
Gravy

Snacks
1/2 Bag 'Light' Wine Gums
1 Cookie
1 standard bag Chocolate buttons

Looking at that list of food makes me feel :sign0137:

Carol I wouldn't worry about it, it really doesn't look that bad, I'd be ashamed to post a binge day on here!

Hi Carol, you're doing really well. I've had a good day today and still got 3.5 points left over, had a lovely roast dinner and bulked it out with loads of veg.

I think I'm back on track. I haven't done any exercise today, but I have cleaned the house from top to bottom!

None so far

I'm going to try and go for a walk or a bike ride tomorrow, but if I dont get round to it, I'm going to aerobics on Monday.
