I've been back on the plan for 4 weeks and not done too badly so far, but I'm missing my two HEXA and B choices, so I've decided to go back on red and green.
I do mainly red days, I find the portion control of the carbs is what I need more than anything - I am a piggy!!! I do have a couple of EE days a week, mainly a Wednesday (weigh day) and Saturday (fakeaway night!)
