Decided to go back on Red & Green

S: 15st3lb C: 9st12lb G: 9st10lb BMI: 25.2 Loss: 5st5lb(35.21%)
I do mainly red days, I find the portion control of the carbs is what I need more than anything - I am a piggy!!! I do have a couple of EE days a week, mainly a Wednesday (weigh day) and Saturday (fakeaway night!)
