Jessica - its not for everyone and after coming back intending to do 100% SS I've found after 3 weeks that it wasn't that easy, 1st week entirely doable then fell so badly off the wagon I was lucky to every get back on on the 2nd week and have reconciled myself to eating what's in the book for SS+ when I need to and having alcohol at weekends, perhaps not the best way (if I'm having alcohol I do come out of ketosis safely) but I've found that its keeping me on track and actually stopping me from wanting what I shouldn't have.
