All i would suggest chick is to stick with whats on the refeed sheet and the portion sizes.
Are you able to go and get some LT shakes?

Make sure you have 3 meals a day, one obv your shake and make sure you get your 5 a day :)

I know its easier said than done but if you get it out of your head that you need to lose 10lbs asap you might relax a little and make sensible choices. You really need atleast 1000-1200 cals a day sweet.
 
yeah i know

i'm gonna stop panicking, cant get any shakes, so just gonna have 3 meals consisting of eggs, meat, salad, veg etc. but i'm gonna restrict carbs i think and have more protein.

Dee, how's about things like chickpeas and other beans and pulses?
They have 'good' carbs and fill you up. It might make your meals seem more like 'meals' iykwim instead of just meats and salads etc. Theyre also pretty tasty :)
