Been so lazy with the exercise tis week with being on!!! Need to get back at it!!!

Run/pilates/push ups challenge tomorrow for me!!!!

Did my first 100 this morning!!! While i was waiting for my porridge!!! Lol..... Doesnt half get your heart pounding... so everyday while waiting for my porridge and another 3 sets and that should be an extra lb a week!!!!

YAY!!!

100 jumping jacks!
50 Ab crunches!!!!

So today so far!!!!

60 crunches and out with the pups! Up hill wAlK 20 mins and about 30 mins regular walk!!! Was a bit crap with the water yesterday so need to up that today!!! Back to work! Back to routine!!! YAY!!!

Will be doing my jumping jacks while waiting for my porridge!

OH's grandma has been taken into hospital!!!

Hope she's gonna be ok!!! : (

I'm impressed at how you are fitting in that exercise - no excuses for the rest of us! I have been trying to use a hula hoop round my middle. I can report it's not like riding a bike - I can only keep it up for about 3 circles at the mo!

I hope your partner's grandma does well today.

Ooooh I want a hoola hoop!!!! I'm quite lucky.... we have plenty of walking places near us and we dont start work till 11 so we have plenty of time to get a good hr walk with the dogs morning and evening!!!!

And I did my jumping jacks while waiting for my porridge!!! Lol.....

Today was ok!!!

Would love at least 2lb off this week!!! Get me back in the 13 stone bracket!!!

hehehe jumping jacks whilst waiting for porridge!! I do mine in the kitchen at work, maybe I should try that in the corridor whilst I wait lol (my boss will think I have completly gone bonkers..lol)

ooo thats nice time to start at 11, can fit some bits in first, I do try sometimes to go gym for 6.30am..but uuggh... I love my pillow too much to leave the house at 5.30 lol

Well done Dee I wish I was as motivated to exercise. I walk my wee doggy for about 1hr 15 mins or so a day and that is my lot, lazy sod I am.
 
I'm just closing in on goal and really wanting to tone up!!! Can def tell the difference in my arms with the pilates/push ups and jumping jacks!!!

Although I have sore arms now!!! Lol....

Working this afternoon as we are so busy!!!

Cant be bothered really though!!! : /

I'm about to do my week 3 day 2 press up challenge training in a minute - are you still doing that? It's difficult for me to tell when you do so many fitness things you exercise junky you!
