I just remembered this recipe I used to make all the time when I was doing Fit for Life.
Ingredients:
Any low fat yoghurt, flavoured or not
Cottage Cheese
Sweetener (if you want)
Cocoa (to your liking)
Basically you just put half yoghurt half cottage cheese in the blender with sweetener or cocoa if you want and it comes out super fluffy and light and delicious, yet very low fat, and full of protein and you feel like you've eaten a dessert.
I had found low fat cherry and raspberry yoghurts and I'd put a little cocoa in there and it tasted just like some rich delicious cake or something.
