Well, joined the club again on Wednesday but had to write off thursday and friday ... weekly points allowance (probably and more) was used up in those two days so this is first day of 100% propoints daily allowance and I wanted to keep a record on here of what I've been eating.

Breakfast:
2 x slices kingsmill tasty wholemeal(toasted) 5 pp
with:
lurpak spreadable & silver shred 4 pp
skimmed milk 1 pp

Lunch
1/2 can heinz vegetable soup 2pp
1 x slice kingsmill tasty wholemeal & laughing cow extra light cheese triangle 2pp
1 x banana

Dinner
1 x sainsbury's be good to yourself bolognese pasta bake 9 pp


Anytime propoints:
1 x apple
1 x pear
grapes
carrots
30g applewood smoked cheese 3 pp
6 x slices sainsbury melba toast, baby plum tomatos & philidelphia extra light sweet chilli 3pp
1 x 25g pack walkers sunbites sweet chilli snacks 3pp
1 x curly wurley 3pp

Daily Allowance: 35 pp
PP used: 35

Really please that I managed to stick to my daily points today. It helped that I drank loads of water and opted for the fruit to fill me in when I was feeling peckish between meals. I know I could have had less snacks but it is saturday after all.. I can be more sensible and fill up on veggies tomorrow with my sunday dinner.
