Desperate for inspiration!

    Hey! Hope you're well. I know the feeling of needing motivation.
    I started lipotrim last year and lost a stone in just 4 weeks.
    I've recently started again and lost 12lbs in one week.
    Lipotrim is basically a total food replacement diet. You have 3 shakes a day (chocolate, strawberry or Vanilla) and you have to drink plenty of water, around 4 litres a day.

    How much are you looking to lose?

    I'm currently 14st 10, at my heaviest I was 16st 3. I want to get down to around the 10st mark... Size 12! I'm on the slim fast shakes at the mo, strictly 2 shakes a day then a 600 calorie dinner. I'm seriously lacking motivation and will power! I lithely can hear the chocolate calling for me loooool! :)

    Oh, I'm looking to lose around 4 stones too.
    Yeah every now and then I lose motivation too but I've booked a holiday in December and NEED to lose a lot of weight by then so keeping that in mind helps a lot. Also reading stories here motivates too.
    Haha I can hear chicken calling for me lol I'm not too big on chocolate n crisps and that kind of stuff, but chicken burgers and fried chicken, gosh! My biggest weakness! I'm craving some right now!! :(

    On the slim fast diet, how much weight do you lose in 4 weeks ?

    I lost about 1st 4 lb in the first 4 weeks! It was excellent! But only just put myself back on track with it after a 2 month break! ;(
    I feel like I'm letting myself down every time I eat, but I love food and it's the one thing we have to do to survive..

    I was doing well up until an hour ago when I had a cookie! I felt so guilty after. I'm thinking of trying out the insanity workout DVD to help lose the weight quicker

    what u put in u get back out so they say. Totally depressed with my weight today, changed scales from manual to digital n they've weighted me 10lb up! ;(

    Yeah and it's super hard!!! Gonna try it out soon hopefully!

    Ah don't let that dishearten you. Just stick strictly to the diet and you should continue to shed the pounds. Good luck!

    I'm doing the lipotrim diet. I did it last year and lost 1 stone in 2 weeks. Hoping to lose 4 stones by December

    When are you going in for your next weigh in?

    I'm going away for a few days due to family problems, I'm contemplating to stop the shakes while I'm there, plus I won't be indoors. Most time will be spent at hospital so I don't know how I would get time to make the shakes.

    I think I'm gonna wait a week till I weigh myself again, was really disappointed today with the change of scales. Been on a complete binge!

    I'm sure taking a few days out won't hurt you, or you goals to much. Sorry to hear your having troubles.

    The shakes can wait, you just concentrate on your family problems..

    Family is way more important than your size!

    I've decided to continue with the shakes. I'm hoping to lose 7lbs by Friday which is my next weigh in.
