Desperate to lose weight diary!

Looks like another maintain this week going from the scales, I'm so desperate to get a loss on Tuesday, and I'm seriously considering changing diets over.
As a pescatarian I'm very limited on food choice, I was even willing to give meat a go after 16 years

Any input would be brilliant

1lb back up again today :( 14st11lbs

I'm going to post my food diary on here, any suggestions at all would be brilliant:

Day 1:
FF:
Mashed potatoes
Quorn Deli Meat
Curry Loaf (SW recipe)
Omlette

SF:
Cabbage
Lettuice
Cucumber
Apple
Tomatoes
3 x 750ml bottles of water

HE:
350ml skimmed milk
1 hi fi bar

Syns:
2 quorn sausages (1)
Small dash of gravy (2)
Butter bud (1/2)
Babybel mini (2)
Total: 5 1/2


Day 2:
F:
curry loaf
cod
activia 0%
sushi in asia book

SF:
Apple
Pineapple
Lettuice
Celery
Sugarsnap peas
Strawberries
3x 750ml water

HE:
Milk
Weetabix

Syns:
Ryvita and scraping of low low (5)
Birds Eye rice fusion (2 1/2)

Fri:

Pasta
Quark
tomato puree
sushi

SF:
Mushrooms
Garlic
Onions
Grapefruit
strawberries
Tangerine
Orange
Melon
Spinach
Baby Sweetcorn
3 x 750ml water

HE:
Milk
35g blueberry cereal (in book)

Warbuton thin (5 1/2)
Mini babybel light (2)
25g low low cheese (4)

Total 11 1/2

Day 4

Thai Fishcakes
Sweet Potato chips

Melon
Strawberries
Pineapple
Spinach
Frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, melon, kiwi)

Water

HE:
350 ml milk
2 small wholemeal slices

Syns:
small cookie (3)
2tsb weight watchers jam (1)
merangue nest (2 1/2)

Total: 6 1/2



And the scales are identical to what they were on Tuesday in class, after another unfair maintain :(
 
You've lost a stone in 8 weeks! Look at the bigger picture and don't get disheartened. That's when you go off the rails and have a binge day. Keep going, your diary looks fine to me x

I wont be binging because im so determined the worst I can do is try a different diet... its so disheartening when it stops
 
I think trying a different diet is not a worst thing to do, all we know not all things could be good and effective for us, the most important is, if we are comfortable on it and not that being "forced"

I've weighed in this morning and appear to have lost 5lbs.... even if that goes down to 3lbs at weigh in tomorrow then I can say that's 2 weeks of 1 1/2 lbs so last week wasn't a total waste of time :) I just wish my body would get a grip lol
