Desperate to lose weight diary!

Looks like another maintain this week, another one last week.... I'd love to know where I'm going wrong. As a pescatarian I'm very limited on choice, I was even willing this week to try meat after 15/16 years.

Any input would be welcome

1lb back up again today :( 14st11lbs

I'm going to post my food diary on here, any suggestions at all would be brilliant:

Day 1:

My mum (an ex-cons) suggested fast forward for the last 2 days before weigh in, going to phone consultant tonight to double check. Feeling so fed up :(
 
Hi there, everyone looks ok in what you're eating, especially as you seem to be getting plenty of superfree in - how about trying the green plan to shake it up a bit? I don't eat much meat so it works quite well for me unless I'm out for meals, when I find the flexibility of extra easy handy. I tend to get good losses on green x
