Happy Friday!

Its freezing today... put on my normal leather boots for the school run instead of my fluffy EMUs and my toes are like ice!

Long awaited specialist appointment today for my hip - not expecting answers today but I hope they will do further investigation...!

Saw a very nice specialist orthopedic Doc this avo... He's referred me for MRI on hip and lower back... Confirmed issues with my hip flexors but also querying something going on in my lower back at base of my spine. So... MRI in a few weeks, then see what happens after that. Shame I takes so long, but happy something is being done :)

Have to share this! The pattern has been badly written so I'm thrilled to have got to this!!

Tuesday will mostly be red again! 26th Feb!

B: 2 spoons of weetabix... I made the mistake of putting the weetabix/milk combo in the microwave - thinking 'nice hot' would be ok... but yuck! Not nice at all, so I had an alpen light instead! (hex B) (bit of a hex a).. banana, grapes
L: scrambled egg, LM sausage
D: but of a pick at some ham, strawberries, alpen light (1/2 hexb) , Muller Greek (0.5)
S: ff yog, sweetener and kiwi, smoked salmon and salad, allen light (1/2 hex b)
Drinks: Tea, coffee, wine (12) lemon water x 2

Feeling super hurty, could barely walk when I got up this morning and the alarm was ignored by me too many times! So I am having a quiet morning knitting!

Wednesday Weigh Day

Well, bit disappointed... STS... It's ok as I've not put on but was more hopeful for a loss again..
Only thing I can think is due to a bit of a cocodamol blockage- although I've been I feel uncomfortable.. also hade had less lemon water and possibly less superfree in the last few days. I usually do an Aldi shop for loads of veg but haven't managed this week yet so although I've done the Sainsers shop I didn't get much in..

Right.. time for a fresh week and some new inspiration needed. Have bought latest mag bit not really looked in it yet..!

B: Muller light vanilla
L: lm sausage, bacon chop (fat trimmed), grilled tomatoes and mushroom, 3halfs Warburton thins (hexb tweak.. one off!) 1 extra light laughing cow (part hexa), ff yog, blueberries, raspberry, Sweetener
D: lm mozz burger, salad, bns chilli & garlic chips, kraft ff dressing, mayo (0.5)
S: leftover roast veg! Grapes, strawberries, apples , 2 alpen bars, mandarin x 2

The new mag wasn't that great I didn't think, I didn't really see much I wanted to try and there's hardly anything in there for red days! I was a bit disappointed with it this month, usually I love the mag!

That's funny you should say that but I'm sitting here with it now thinking its crap for red days! Last mints was much more inspiring..
The only thing thats just excited me is that a 10g lindt bunny is 3 syns! Lol

Thought I'd recorded weekly changes since beginning... Was feeling disappointed - I am a daily weigher so know what mt body is up to, and although sts on wed I'm seeing a gain :(
I think I've got to the bottom of it though as its pre * week.. and that's when u gained last time! So, fingers crossed next week when it arrives will be a loss again! Happy with the slow steady loss, seems easier to maintain :)

19 days til my bday, would be nice to have lost another 5.5 lb by the end of the month to get my stone award :)

I have to get up!

Today is Saturday.. I mostly have a tea party this avo for my pregnant friend... There will be really bad snacks and I am making chocolate brownies.. I think I need to eat well at lunch before I go!!

Breakfast: lm sausage, grilled tomato , mushroom and bacon

Lunch: slice wm bread, cheese, BBQ sauce

Party food... Nibbles, and I Made chocolate brownies, had to test one! They were awesome as people kept saying!

I had a slightly off plan afternoon at a pre baby party for a friend- didn't go too mental, just enjoyed a few cheeky things including a slice of Baileys cheese cake one of the girls had made!! Delish :) I've cal counted roughly on mfp and recon I'm around 1600 which I'm happy with..
Not eaten this evening, I feel like poo with my back/ hip so I've gone early to bed.

Aiming for fully on plan today! Off 'swimming' with the children, as in I get to bob around the pool!

D: chicken curry with light coconut milk (3), wm rice (hexb) toffee Muller light
