Detox

raw food (mainly just fruit) & nothing but green tea or water- no alcohol or cooked food allowed!
i only do this twice a week, at the weekends.

it does indeed help, i feel very healthy on those days and my energy levels are sky high :D
 
wheni say raw i mean fruit and veg!
 
I did Carol Vorderman's 28 day detox a few years ago and lost 16lbs in a month. Not been able to stick to it since though :(
