I'll be starting developers in 12 days and not sure what it will involve. I know I will still be on 4 packs a day, but what will the group sessions be focused on? Is there a separate handbook?

Also, I know the group will be a mix of folk who are there for the long term, only there for a week or two and some who will have been there for a long time but are almost ready for RTM. How does the LLC approach the different stages that people are at to keep everyone interested and motivated and still learning the future coping strategies we'll need?

Any thoughts from those who have done developers would be appreciated.

Hi Sorry I cant help. I start in 10 days and would be interested in any feedback. From what I can gather the sessions build on what we have learned although the sessions are more flexible. I am going along to a group with one of the girls from foundation so at least I will feel I know someone. One step nearer goal!!!!
Developers isn't too much different to foundation in terms of the group sessions. There is a book but of the three stages (foundation, developers, RTM) I think it is the most neglected of the three in terms of resources. It's also different because the group dynamic changes and people come and go more frequently. Some people struggle with this but I found it ok and met some of them when I went on to RTM which was nice.

In terms of 'eating' it's exactly the same though. Just a continuation of foundation really! All the best xx

Its really just more of the same.

People being at different levels doesn't really matter....we all still have felt and dealt with the same issues, so they are always topical, and the SBT applies at any given stage, so you will all still be seeking the same support and answer.s

It may take a week or two to meld with the new group. Ours gelled pretty quickly and many of us that joined at that stage have become and remain good friends. :) (shout out to SB!) :D

Its fun and just another peice of the road to success.
