hi, just started with CB diet Soul source. on day 4 now. I experienced no head ace, no dissyness and no hunger. Am wondering why, since everyone is experiencing hunger for al least the first 3 days.
the only thing i find disturbing in my diet is that i constantly think about food.

I've heard about mythical creatures like you LOL. My CDC says some people are lucky and get no side effects & don't feel hungry. Unfortunately I'm not one of them! I'm also on day 4. Today ive felt no hunger but have had some food cravings. TBH I think I always will. I just hope the CD helps me find a way to deal with them and show me I don't always have to give in to them.

Keep going. I'm sure you'll be glad when you step on the scales.

i didn't really get hungry (until i was mega-stressed at work in week 6) but i did get a vile headache and exhaustion at the end of day 6. hopefully you'll be fine, but i don't think you're fully out of the woods til the end of week 2.

i heard the first 3 days were the hardest, but i'll see what happens till week 2. i have craving though. but not so serious that i will have to give in.
i'll search for ketostixs today here in my country. because there is not even 1 cbc here. i bought my cb supply in the netherland and keep in contact with my cbc through email.

oh i was wondering what shakes you guys like for my next order. i only have strawberry/ chocolate/red fruits.
and i bought only the chilly oriental soup. super bad!!!! i couln'd even finish the soup. bah.

hi,

I tried doing the tracker thing. i'll see it it works.

anyways i weight this morning. week1 --> 2.5 kg = 5.5 lbs
i was glad ...untill i saw the weightloss of fee (8 lbs in just 4.5 days)

do you guys excersice by the way?
that should help a b it right.

Do you guys take fiber? if yes which one? can i take benefiber?

well done on your weight loss. Thats great!:D
I dont take any fiber, so unsure about that. i only do a bit of walking, nothing too strenuous.

He fee do you tink we can get to our target weight within 2 months? I see that we have to lose almost the same weight.
Are you also on soule source?

I'm a bit dissapointed though about the 5.5 lbs

Don't be disappointed 5.5 lb is a great start! It's all in the right direction. :]

I've just started too, 7 days in, and I haven't really had any hunger pangs or headaches ect. Though there have been lots of cravings, I haven't actually been hungry! I suppose it must effect different people in different ways.

Good to see someone else fresh to this and just getting started, well done so far, we can do this!
