Diary into skinny jeans

    Hi everyone. I have for a good few years now desperately wanted to go into a store and buy a nice trendy decent pair of jeans in diesal or Armani but they just don't fit so had to suck up n buy the frumpy ones that don't look to nice but at least they fit :(

    So this is my journey to being the slimmer person to get to my own personal goal of buying them jeans.

    New to ww. And previously sw at home I'm currently 14st 9.
    29 years old. I have just gone back to uni and on my feet so much more than the previous years sat in an office.

    My heaviest was 15st and I lost a couple of stone here and there but I'm self destructive get lazy and never carry on to target.

    My target is 9st 7 but I've broken it down into lots of little targets.
    My first one is to get back into the 13's

    If I get to 12st by my 30 th in June my mum is putting up a spa hotel for the night as A reward. I personally want to be under this and into the 11's
    It's a little over 5 months away so maybe a bit to much to expect.

    I have just taken my before photos I'm really not happy but can't wait to be taking the after ones.

    I find it hard to see past the first few days and weeks it all seems so long away and so impossible so I'm taking one day at a time.

    Hey there! It's my thirtieth in May so I have the same motivation, though for me it's slink dresses that I'm aiming for, I never liked jeans!

    It's great motivation, and that spa day sounds like an awesome reward so I wish you all the best in your skinny jeans quest :)

    Thanks for stopping by to support each other :)

    Today I am trying to get to grips with fact I can have a chocolate with my points I'm struggling to get my head round it but I've promised my friend ill trust the plan.

    I have tried today to be more active in my day. I have a 3 yr old so it isn't hard to run about.

    How's everyone else today? Anything good happened or anyone had struggles?

    Hiya Skinnyjeans,

    Goals are many and varied! Really the first I think is to get through week one without eating anything that isn't on plan... And then the others are:

    Lose a stone / fit comfortably into 20s / 18s / 16s / 14s / 12s and OMG if I ever get to 10s I might go crazy with euphoria!

    The other goals are weight goals, just simple -1 stone, -2 stones etc!!

    I'd love to be able to run a marathon one day, so that's a serious long term goal - to improve exercise levels and train to that extent! And finally to have the confidence to be happy and healthy and love myself for who I am!!!

    Whew! Lots of goals and lots of motivation, but it's a loooong journey so I am nervous :)

    Any hints on other goals to include? What about you, other than your jeans dreams?

    U will get there, so will I. Only person stopping us is ourselves.

    My jeans one is about my confidence I want it back for lots of reasons.

    But to just stride out my front door with pride be a good achievement.

    I'm feeling good today. I hate first week it drags n drags once that's over it goes fast.

    Day 3 and I'm feeling good. 100% so far but still not settled into being able to eat a few sweets.

    Does anyone avoid using weeklies to close to weigh in day?

    Very excited for weigh In on Friday. First week goes so slow

    my idea is to get weighed fri n then dabble in some weeklies over the weekend as thats when i tend to need them most x

    Yeah I like that idea but so far I've not needed any and I'm so boring when I start this ill stay in and just try avoid the world a bit ill live in my diet bubble until its started shifting well

    Subscribing :) you've got some good incentives there, I think that always helps :)

    I'm lucky if my weeklies last anywhere near weigh day, I get too excited in weigh day and the few days after that lol

    Diary today.

    Missed breakfast and regret that won't miss it again.

    And tea was crap...... But I ate it and I'm in points and had lots of healthy veg :)

    Roll on the nxt day.

    I'm getting into real world today and out my diet bubble. Uni today and alot of work to do so must keep out the union bar x

    I'm not eating enough I'm in a panic that if I eat sll my points ill not loose weight :(

    Awww chick! Try not to think like that! Try and eat all your dailies at least, because you are really meant to. Then you can do trial and error on your weeklies to see what works. I know it can be nerve wracking on a new plan and you want to do well, but if you don't eat all your points and then your losses stall, you have nothing to cut down on as you have already done it, whereas if you eat all your points and weeklies and then find the weight loss slowing, you can reduce your weeklies and see how that works.

    Hope that makes sense! Try to not panic too much

    i agree u really should eat!! and use ur dailies, weeklies are there if and when u need them but dailies are important
