Diary of a binge eater.

Just wi put 2lb on. I'm ok with it was expectong a lot more. Would like at least 3 off next week.
Nows the time to stop messing and start shifting this weight :) I'm 13st 8lbs.

B- melon, grape & ww yoghurt
L- pie crust with veg, gravy & 2 Yorkshire puddings cooked by my lovely grandad
T- cheese,onion, broccoli omelette salad and beans.

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- almonds

Snacks- apple x2, banana

Syns- I'm estimating the pie crust as 8, gravy 2, Yorkshire puddings 4. Two Kellogg's crisps, 1
Total- 15.

Exercise- 45 min spin burning 504 calories.
 
Very stressful day at work then get home and other half's in a foul mood. Can't deal with him when he's like this. On a positive note I've not binged and even enjoyed some pancakes the sw way :)

B- banana
L- chicken salad
T- sw spicy wedges topped with cheese, salad & beans

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- chicken & porridge oats used in pancakes

Snacks- banana, apple, sw pancakes, blueberries, strawberrys, orange

Syns- bite of my sons chocolate pancake- 5

Exercise/ 45 min spin 4got to check how many cals burnt

So trying to limit syns as this is my first day not binging I need to break this cycle.
 
B- porridge
L- sushi & apple
T- spicy sw wedges beans, egg and cheese

Hex a- milk& cheese
Hex b- porridge oats & almonds

Snacks- 2 satsumas, banana

Syns- go ahead slice- 7, sushi-3

No exercise, rest day
 
Bit mad at myself today, got back from the gym was so hungry so I ended up picking at the kids tea which was meatballs so not very sw friendly on a green day. So now I'm battling with my mind, cos now I've eaten something that's not good I'm telling myself " oh well you've already blown it, eat what you want"
Desperately trying to stay on track

B- tesco low fat vanilla yoghurt.
L- tuna pasta, mayo & sweet corn
T- nothing because I've picked at the kids

Hex a- milk
Hex b- almonds & tuna

Syns - 2 tesco low fat yoghurts 7 :( mayo- 3, meatballs estimate 15 syns.

Exercise 45 min spin class

Really good day today, had a great workout. Got my highest calorie burn in spin 592 calories. Broke up from work and can't wait for some family time.

B- wheatabix
L- cheese & cucumber pitta & banana
T- mushy pea curry & sw chips

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- pitta & wheatabix

Snacks- apple, plum, banana, 2 tangerines

Syns- a couple of oven chips- 4

Exercise- spin

5 days without binging whoop whoop :)

B- mushroom,onion omelette and beans
L- spicy tomato and cheese past bake & broccoli
T- pitta pizza, sw chips & beans

Hex a- milk & cheese
Hex b- pitta & ham

Snacks- apple & banana

Syns- kit Kat - 5.5 & extra cheese 5.0

Exercise- an abb app on my phone nearly sick :\
 
Lol. If its only 10mins, I should be able to fit it in...
I really need to start something

If it works though hun, it's worth the effort x
 
Had a really strong urge to binge last night, but managed to be strong so today is day six just got to get through today always feel really hungry on a Sunday for some reason.
 
Well done Kel. Just keep plodding on. Maybe you feel hungry on a Sunday as we all usually associate Sunday's with relaxation and large lunches?

I was reading through the threads and yours particularly caught my eyes. I am also. Bing eater and I have tried to work out why and believe there are multiple reasons. I am on my third week of SW and doing ok so far.Boredom,stress,bad habits,whatever the reason I have a tendency to binge! Sounds like you are doing very well and I will watch with interest.All the best,Elaine.x
