So here's my diary. I mostly follow extra easy as I have not been doing SW long but I'm considering trying red and green soon.

Breakfast - 3 bananas and a small orange

Lunch - Toastie made with two slices of wholemeal weightwatchers bread (from a 400g loaf) HexB and filled with Cathedral City Lighter Mature Cheddar Hex A (should have been 40g but only had 32g left in the packet)

Dinner - Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry with boiled white rice in Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce (5 syns in a packet) - the stir fry made enough for two dinners so I have split it in two and have the rest of it in the fridge so I'm only counting what I've eaten as 2 1/2 syns, since I haven't obviously eaten all the sauce in the blue dragon packet, only half of it.

I'm trying to keep my syns fairly high so I feel satisfied and so I have something to play with later on when I start to plateau/slow down so tonight I'm going to have 3 weightwatchers caramel wafers at 4syns each while watching TV in bed. :)
