Feeling the urge to munch on crap today. I feel lazy and not fancying cooking lol I just want to slap some cheese on a roll and dunk it in a tin of soup!!! But then I won't be able to have any dessert PMSL

DINNER
Roast chicken roast pots broccoli carrots peas corn green beans gravy (2)

Aero mousse dessert alpen banana (1.5) plus half of HexA and hexB.

Snacks
Peas inna pod :) :) yuuuum!!! Frozen grapes (OMG why have I not done that before??)

Eldest had me up till 2. It's really stressfull as he's just so sad right now :( sounds cheesy but it's breaking my heart to see him suffer like this. So I'm TRYING to stay on plan but tiredness and a bit of the blues are a dangerous mix for me!! I'm just rustling up the oooomph to get my backside to aquafit as I know the endorphin boost from a work out will lift my mood.

Getting back on track today after a slip last night!! Had a binge attack but managed to keep it fairly SW friendly!! Alpens and a wholemeal roll with butter. So Im guesstimating about 20 syns over. I can claw that back by Monday :)
 
SATURDAY

Having a really bad day with DS. SW is like 80,000 on my list of priorities today. But hopefully today will look like this

Salad with tomato and veg pasta (peppers onions whatever else in in fridge)

Chilli and rice and more salad and garlic bread

HexA cheese and milk (20g of light cheddar and 100mls of semi skim
HexB garlic bread (WW petit pain) butter (2)

Melon yoghurt cherries strawbs

Gonna try and get back on plan......again......
Today WILL look like this..... In theory....but things are still really bad at home so I'm not putting too much pressure on myself.

If I need to use my syns then I will. I have a couple of curly wurlys in the freezer now for emergencies!!!

Have so far managed to stick to my plan. I've made a rice pud for emergency munching later (with some chopped strawberries and banana :))
