I have the TOTM munchies. I'm three days late and I've been eating everything in sight since 5pm so I think it's coooooming. Dammit I'm far too busy for this!!!! Lol

Tried to make a carrot cake out of bulgur wheat and whipped egg whites (stirred the yolk through the carrot bit then folded it all into the white) and it LOOKED really cake like but it was soooooo crumbly and I underestimated how much flavouring the bulgur would need so next time I'm doubling up and adding some cartage cheese maybe?

Actually I'm sure I could make a bulgur flapjack? I'm sure I've seen low calorie flap jacks that use egg white to bind.....

Less said about Friday the better...... Had done more bad news regarding DS's next school placement. Got his Playscheme allowance for the holidays too.....4 whole hours in six weeks. Useful. Naaaaaaart!! TOTM got me and I was just PEEEEED off. So it was bad. Really bad lol. I'm back on it today though. Gonna take the pup a good long walk and blow some cobwebs out.

WI last night.....3lb off an I now weigh 14st exactly. Fingers crossed for seeing the 13's next week!!!! Yaaaaay!!!
