I have been doing slimming world for about 15 weeks and have found my losses very slow, so I thought it might help to keep a food diary. :)

Breakfast:
2 hifi lights (HEB)
fruit salad (superfree)
muller light mixed with a sachet of options (2 syns)
 
Lunch:
SW chicken curry: passata, chicken, onions, peas & curry powder (free/superfree)
rice (free)
cauliflower (superfree)

SW bolognase: passata, extra lean mince, mushrooms & kidney beans (free/superfree)
spaghetti (free)
bowl of fruit salad (superfree)

Snacks:
2 flumps (3 syns)
options hot choco (2 syns)
apple (superfree)
 
SUNDAY

Breakfast:
1/2 a coffee scan bran cake and a rocky road hifi light (HEB)
An apple
Muller light with options hot choco powder (2 syns)

Lunch:
cottage pie (free/superfree)
cauliflower (superfree)

Dinner:
2 bowls of fruit salad (superfree)
1 small bowl of cottage pie (free/superfree)

Snacks:
small bowl of grapes
nectarine
2 apples
bag of skips (4 syns)
 
Breakfast:
35g porrige oats, muller light and options hot choco powder, fruit salad.

Lunch:
2 eggs with 2 tablespoons salad cream on hovis nimble, bowl of melon afterwards.

Dinner:
2 big bowls of super speed soup.

Snack:
2 apples
