Well I am absolutely shattered today and I have no idea why – prob just because its Friday. I did restart the 30DS last night and I am hoping that I can make it past 3days this attempt. I am going to have Friday (usually @ MILs for dinner) and Tuesdays (I am at WI until 8 then home for dinner) as rest days and try get the DVD done on the other days then try something else. Maybe I should put a tracker on the signature to try and mark this and to let people know that I am serious about it!!!

Just found out OH is going away offshore for the week and then I am down the road on Friday so I will not see him for a week. He has been away before but this is a new position where it will only be offshore work so could be weeks away at a time!!!

What a mad afternoon – not had a minute & rushing to get my Friday work completed but I managed it and now I have a wee bit of time to complete this & nip to the loo before heading into the nightmare that is traffic!!!!

Well jst in from garden, 2.5hrs on my own. OH away offshore, he usually does the grass & it is a hand mower so between that & the weeding I have burned some calories & I am goin 2b doin day 2 of 30 DS. This should b doin good 4 WI on Tues :)

Been a good today and I am not too fussed with WI. I am hoping I would have lost something as I have been good but I did start 30DS again and I know that muscles can hold onto water for repair but I have been drinking a fair amount so I am hoping this will counteract a bit!!!

I will update later as to how I have gone.

Been surprised at food choices as OH went offshore on Sat so I have been on my todd but managed not to eat crap - yay me :bliss:
 
Bn down road 4 the wknd & in that time i have had hair cut & coloured 4 party & on spur of the moment got tattoo :) Was actually feeling good wi wot i was wearing 4 party but no i still have a way 2 go.

Had decent wknd foodwise & have enjoyed myself without goin overboard tho 30DS had bn put 2 the side. Back on it 2nite when get home. Not goin 2 go back & track everything on here but i have my written food diary.

Well back to the day after the dreaded WI and I lost 2 :D Just the motivation that I needed. Back at my Club 10 so I need to get down the way. Changed my goal as I dont think what I had was realistic for me and I dont want to be forever chasing that goal or paying SW!!!!!

Back to tracking the food and being good. Nothing planned for this week apart from OH coming back from offshore so I should be able to be 100% on plan!!

Well last night never got the 30DS done as I had forgot lunch and I was starving by time got home so I thought if I do the 30DS then I am going to collapse. So I was not eating too early though I decided to clean the bathrooms (not usually my job as I have a phobia about hair!!! - the OH usually does them but he is offshore and I couldn't leave them for him coming home!!!). So the bathrooms got done and it was not too bad, also hoovered upstairs so place all tidy. Not sure when OH gets home as the dates keep changing but think Monday at the latest and anything sooner is a bonus :)

I have decided that I need to cut down on portion sizes as if it is on my plate I will eat it. Take lasts nights dinner - I would usually eat the full packet of rice and it is a fair mound on my plate and I am usually stuffed and uncomfortable and you are not meant to feel like this so I am going to put some straight away into a tub for lunch the following day them put out my dinner, this way I am hoping out of site out of mind and it will also save me worrying about lunch the next day!!!

Well almost time for home & it has been a quick day AND OH called me - he will be home tomorrow when I get in from work woo hoo :love::bliss:

Away to post this then pack up to head home. Hope the traffic not too bad.

Will update my food later as I will be having a snack - what I am not sure yet!!!

No plans for the wknd yet but I do nd to put engagement ring in to be re-sized, lost some fat on the fingers so it is a bit slack!! Also OH needs a new phone so going to see if he can get upgraded early!!!!!

Maybe the cinema tomorrow and Jimmy Chungs or harvester for dinner.

Well Hello all

Been quiet over the weekend and I know that is not unusual but I had a very low one and spent majority of it crying. Went walk and sat in my favourite spot just staring into space for a while. I am not depressed but I am very lonely. I have no friends (well none that keep in contact much anymore – kid, distance etc) so I am on my own every night and it gets to me every so often and I wonder how long I can actually be like this!! Ah well never mind, I know there are people on here in the same boat and others who I would like to class as friends. Enough of the gloom!!!

Lost 1.5lbs at WI last night so was very happy with that though I never stayed for the class, has really bad stomach pains, just below the ribs, not a clue what was wrong, slight twinges today but nothing like it was – thankfully.

Work has been flying in the past few days which is lucky as I have not been sleeping so being busy has kept me awake!!!

Another plus from the weekend is that we have ordered a Tablet, just a cheap one that had good reviews to see if we like them. I do not use the comp at home as it is a big laptop and to much of an effort to take out table etc and set it all up so hopefully this will make all the difference and I will be on Minimins more and log my food and keep in contact over the weekends!!

Anyhoo, btr go as I am finishing work in 3mins and I want out sharp to miss the traffic (writing this on a word doc then weill copy & paste!!!). Need to go a wee cat food shop and I need diesel so need to head to the supermarket!!

I put this in a new thread in the Off Topic section but felt I had to post here as well so that I am able to keep tabs on it and go back and see what an arse I made of things over the past week!!!

In an attempt to get myself on track once again I am naming and shaming myself for my blowout last week which led to my gain of 2.5lbs, only the bad things of which it was mainly!!! OMG as I am writing this I am surprised that I only put on 2.5lbs. I am disgusted with myself – I have no idea why I was not sick!!! I would not even want to attempt to count the syns for all of this. I think I could actually cry as I am writing this :cry:

Thursday – Was OK until evening then I just lost the plot.

Monday & Tuesday I was not too bad as was back at work and a routine but I did have Pizza & Chips after WI which I did feel sick eating and today my stomach is paying for it as it is churning away and cramping and has involved a few trips to the loo (sorry) which is a good couple hundred meters away from me up a flight of stairs.

I am also choked with the cold and have no voice, head is sore and body aching but I still made it to work though wishing I was home in my bed.

ave again written this on a word doc so I can add to it as the day goes on but I am going to have to post it now or I will chicken out of it.

I really am ashamed that I have eaten that much and that is only the things that I remember!!! :nono:

Well hopefully a fresh start to the week. So far so good but it is only 740n @ nite!!! I am sitting using my new tablet & loving it but the only thing is I cannot open up my USB which holds my SW diary which I was wanting to complete. On the plus side I am more likely to open up Minimins and update on here so that may actually work out OK.

Hello lovely lady !! Sorry I ahve not been in touch work, life and home have been crazy so not posting much but decided to get back on track at writing it all down. Good news is I have stayed on track and lost 4st 1.5lbs now with another 1st 12lbs to go - The journey is getting smaller but harder.

Well hello all

I have been missing for the week – well posting anyway, I have been keeping up (as much as possible) with others posts that I am subscribed to.

I had been ill last week with this stoopid cold, only problem is I lose my voice for a couple of days so work was fun!!!!

I was good though after my mahoosive blowout the week before but all good now, it is out of the system and I am back on track. Wont meet my xmas target but hey ho any off will be better than nothing!!
It is so cold today, wee frosty sign popped up on car for the 1[SUP]st[/SUP] time this ‘winter’. 2.5deg which is not too bad apart from the fact that I work in a workshop with to mahoosive roller doors that are mostly open and when the door to my office is open it is freezing.

Pay £2 to get into the canteen then eat as much as you like. This is going to be a struggle plus I am making something which I love and have not had for ages!!!! Major major will power going to be required!

Over on syns today - should not have bought the catherine wheels when in Tesco - cannot resist them!!!
