Mon 29 July

Weighed in and I've lost 2lbs of the holiday bloat!!

Breakfast: pineapple, banana and yogurt, half slice toast (1/2 heb)

Lunch: boiled egg salad with cheese el mayo (hea 1 syn) alpen light (1/2 heb)

Dinner: quorn bologneise with pasta and cheese (hea) thorntons choc (3syns)

Thanks ladies, it's not a proper loss really, it just the bloat I think, back to eating normal meals!!! I do hope that 5lbs doesn't stay on too long though!!! X

Dinner: sausage casserole with pasta (4syns hea)

No I haven't, but I have eaten waaaaay too many chocolates today and yesterday!!! :( my meals yesterday were fine just the chocolates were bad, but today I had a baguette and chips and a load of chocolate, not happy with myself !! Oh well!

Breakfast: fruit salad

Lunch: cheese baguette with chips and mayo eeeek!!!

Dinner: quorn and veg thai curry with rice

7 thorntons chocolates (21 syns!!!!!!!)
 
I love all the chocolate munching. Sometimes it's necessary lol! The rest of your meals look great so I wouldn't worry. The chocolates are a metabolism booster lol!

Lets hope it speeds up the metabolism!! Lol!!! I have still just lost the 2lbs since holiday - I really thought it would come off quicker but I've been naughty!!!

Dinner: omelette and beans with cheese (hea)

Lol, I have a whole loads of justifications for my bad food behaviour lol! A good bit of chocolate is medicinal though.

Brie pitta!!!!! Just showing off now lol. What I'd do to be allowed that. Hangs out tongue shamelessly! Was it heated and slightly gooey?

Yup! It was toasted and very gooey!!! ;-) x
 
I'd never considered having brie as a HexA! Mmmmm!!

Can you not have cheese ILoveCake?x

No Brie while I'm pregnant. I want it do badly just because I can't have it. Brie on white crusty warm baguette....I so could right now lol!
