I am on extra easy and needing a receipe for pork. I have had stir frys last week twice with it and fancied something different. Any suggestions? Xx

I've just made Creamy Pork Casserole from a recipe on slimmingeats web site. Sorry don't know how to give you a link but if you google it I am sure you will find the site. It's in the Jan 2012 recipes. Post if you can't find and I'll type in recipe for you. It's very nice.

What about a sweet and sour an easy one is tango based with vinegar sweetener and a bit of sweet chilly sauce if you wish
