Well I was on day 4, so had packs all day as normal but did have a couple of biscuits halfway round the walk and a bacon bitty at the end. I had decided that was what I was going to do before I went to make sure I was ok doing such a distance. Back on packs today. I had jumped on the scales yesterday and had lost 5lbs and it is still the same this morning, so hopefully all that excercise helped.
