Well earlier on wen out for a drive, bit of alone time and what have ya

Went and climbed up some ruins of a castle lol just to sit at the top and look over the view, really enjoyed climbing as well.

Always wanted to but was too heavy before and would not of been able to get up.

Makes me wanna go rock climbing now :eek:

Well done. That's one of the reason why I'm doing this. I love hillwalking, but its too hard being too heavy. Bet the view was amazing.

Adam that sounds like bliss! A bit of me time is what we all need sometimes. I look forward to hearing all about your first rock climb - no excuses for not giving it a go now! Life is too short for regrets so if you fancy trying something then go for it!

well done. Indoor rock climbing is the best i have managed but that was fab. At least you have hills to climb in bit of a shortage of them in east Anglia

Nice one Adam,

I personally don't have a head for heights but even the hill walking would be awesome, as well as the castle.

This is why I am so excited to be doing this diet - to see things people probably wouldn't do, but have always wanted to, and I'm no exception. There are so many unexpected benefits for losing the weight, not the least of which is better health and more energy to do things like this.

well done, I love rambling but haven't done it in years esp with the small ones, hard enough to watch where I am going not to mind them. The nicest thing is finding something like you did today, unexpected but a great buzz. Keep it up there's a huge world out there waiting for you.

Hi Doirin thanks yeah there is so much i can now actually do im loving it lol

one of the things i did was drive a ferrari and lamborghini, i would of failed the weight restrictions before but sailed throuhg lol
