DYKT if you make a fist with your left hand with your thumb inside and squeeze hard (pic attached) it seems to turn off your gag reflex. I did the fist and poked my finger down my throat and didn't gag

I can't believe that is true, as it's an aromatic, like onion and garlic. If you dry it and grind it, it's becomes a spice.

I always thought celery had a slightly peppery taste - perhaps it's just me
