
My first WI was last night and I stayed the same. I was so dissapointed. I didnt manage any extra exercise last week because I hurt my back last wednesday so found it difficult. I did walk a fair bit to try to help my back though.
I followed the 1st week of Fat Attack but not 100% as I was finding it hard to eat all on the plan.
So this week I hope for better things. has anyone else not lost their forst week or is it just me?
