Didnt loose an ounce

:mad: My first WI was last night and I stayed the same. I was so dissapointed. I didnt manage any extra exercise last week because I hurt my back last wednesday so found it difficult. I did walk a fair bit to try to help my back though.

I followed the 1st week of Fat Attack but not 100% as I was finding it hard to eat all on the plan.
So this week I hope for better things. has anyone else not lost their forst week or is it just me? :(

sorry to hear that you didnt lose weight this week.
I am not sure what the fat attack plan is but I follow Rosemary Conleys amazing inch loss plan which is really good.
I am currently on a trial of the Solo Slim diet plan too for my leader.

Are you keeping a food diary? I find it easier to write everything down that I eat so I can keep track.
I also use Myfitnesspal.com which is fantastic for logging your meals as you go along or you can even do them in advance to give you an idea of the calories before you eat them.

Also the phone app is good for it :)

It might be worth you posting your food diary on here then we can help you out if it looks like anything is not right maybe.
