Diet bar advice please

Dear All

I hope this post is allowed, last time I logged in things were a bit tense on here...

I am sticking to CD 100% but am finding I am getting hungry and restless. Would I spoil myself if I had a little bit of an orange bar on top of my 3 soups? Not the whole thing but a 3rd or less...

Am drinking all my water plus extra.

Hi I often do that. I might have half a bar at night with coffee before bed if I'm starving. I asked my CDC about this and he said only difference it would make would be to the cost of the diet for me. It's got to be better than cheating completely surely?

Yep that would be fine. Not cheating. SS+ but not managing it all ;)

i sometimes have an extra shake if i need it!

i have had the extra bar if i have needed it and it hasn't effected me

My CDC said that if I feel I need to eat something extra, have some of the diet first. It will probably fill you up enough to put you off anything else.
