Lisa, you've posted this in the Alli section, not the Xenical one and it's usually very quiet around here, might have more luck in Xenical. Loads of support there, if you can maybe post your weight/height/details people love to buddy up with someone in a similar situation to their own. Good luck!!

Thanks Kitty, hi Claire well done on losing over 3 stones already. i am 36, 5ft 4in, i weight 16.4 stones and really want to loss 40lbs to start and another 20lbs and take it from there. I really want to acheve my goal weight this time and a reasonable level of fitness and stick at it this time as it is far to difficult to loss weight x
