diet coke chicken

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has used the diet coke chicken recipe with fish instead? I have some tuna steaks in and wanted to have them for dinner- do you think the sauce would go well? thanks!

Hi,

I haven't ever tried this with fish but I have done the chicken version. I think you would find your tuna was very over cooked with it - the sauce takes a long time to reduce. Although I suppose you could do it separately and then pour it over...

o dear.. i can not imagine eating diet coke tuna??? did you make it in the end? how was it if you did??
