Does Diet Coke make a massive difference on a VLCD?
I know its generally frowned upon due to the fact it may prevent you from getting into ketosis as quickly, but does it actually make a difference to weight loss? what have your experiences been? Thanks x
 
The citric acid might stop you getting into ketosis. The reason to aim for ketosis is that it stops you feeling hungry so you're more likely to succeed in sticking to the diet. It's also a very efficient way to burn off body fat!

Coke zero is better. Either way limits it to max 1 can a day if you're already a regular drinker and you should be ok. As little of it as possible is best though.
