Is tesco's Diet Smooth Cream Soda free? It's only 4 cals per 250ml and is lush!!!

I'm also a little confused about diet drinks. As far as I know diet drinks are free, I drink a lot of pepsi max and diet coke which is about 0.5kcals

But I dont know if the sugar free relentless is free - although it states sugar free it is not called a 'diet' drink and 4kcals per 100ml

... not much help I know...but similar question!
