Have seen this on Amazon and was wondering if anybody has one. Tempted to get one for when i finish Exante as i think it'll help me maintain. Theres a bowl too i think.

If you search 'diet plate' on amazon it brings up loads! The official one ot the top then other options. Very interested in this as it's something I wanted to try in the past but am now considering low-carbing once I hit goal so wouldn't be good.

Hello I have the plate and bowl havent used them since christmas but very useful for position control. I got mine both for £15 on off last year.

Slimming plate

I use a side plate and can get a small 200kcal meal on it and it looks very nice and I enjoy looking at my neat little meal with a bit of colour because I usually add some olives or strawberries with salad - yum x
