I know that things like diet coke etc are free, but what about low calorie carbonated drinks? I bought some low calorie bitter lemon from Asda, but wanted to double check it was free, since it didn't actually say "Diet bitter lemon". I tried looking on the syns online but it only has the regular bitter lemon.

They're the same thing :) Check it's not made with sugar and you're fine :)

It should be free...just had a look in my food directory. If its just ordinary Bitter Lemon then its 2 syns per 100ml..
