Difference between plans

Hi Guys

Haven't been on here for a few days so hope everyone is doing well. I've a lot of posts to catch up on!

Due to a holiday to Florida on 15 Oct I've decided to come off ss when I reach 11 stone (another 11lb to go) or by the end of the month and then use what little time I have left to work up the steps and try control my weight while away (thank you icemoose for the advice!)

I was just wondering if there is a list anywhere of what food you can eat on 1000 plan & above ? I've looked but can't seem to find anything. I know I'll get the books at the time but just trying to think and plan ahead so I know what's in store for me.
