Hi everyone I have been following Cambridge plan since August now and have lost 3 stone (on step 2). I am getting to the stage however where I am feeling anxious at the thought of adding any more food into my daily intake (not good). This is not the route I want to go down anymore as I don't want something messing with my head the way it is starting to so... Do I join WW or SW? Or do you think this is a really bad idea and just stick with Cambridge incase it never happens? I should also add that in the last few weeks with Cambridge my weight hasnt really moved at all. Thank you in advance
