I agree with the advice above, maybe the swimming long term and diet change would be better, VLCD is a long term solution and if you did it for 2 weeks and came off it you wouldn't get the real benefit?
just out of interest, what attracted you to it as an option? (hope you don't mind me asking, only asking because your BMI is V close to healthy range and most of the time people seek out a plan like this as they have a lot to lose)
