Ended up using some weeklies last.night.

Had a toasted sw skinny 2pp
SAJ crunchy curls 2pp
3 x kallo choc rice cakes 5pp

So total was 26/26 daily
9/49 weekiles


Todays plan thurs 9th jan

Breakie:
40g weetabix choc minis 4pp
250ml soya milk light (sum in cereal rest in tea) 2pp

Lunch:
Sw skinny 2pp
2 x low fat sausages 3pp

Dinner:
Ww chkn curry 8pp
100g aunt bessies chips 4pp

Snacks:
Ww choc digestive 1pp
3 x choc rice cakes 5pp
Dairy milk diam 5x squares 4pp
2 x egg and bacon omlette with cheese 8pp

26/26 so far. Wil update later

Hi popping in to have a peek at ur diary, can I ask what a sw skinny is?? Looking good food wise so far but I dont no how u last all day on ur little lunches?? I ate loads for lunch today, small tea tho :/

Hiya and welcome :) a sw skinny is an irwins sandwich skinny, its a bit like a warburtons sandwich thin but slightly smaller. Im not normally a bread eater so its enough for me.

Iv been off sick with the flu this week so havnt had a great need for food but the small lunches wil test me next week wen im back at work. I prefer more in the evening so just have to stick with it. :)

Oh right I no what u mean, I quite like the Warburton thins :-D it makes being on planuch easier when u dont feel like eating!

Friday 10th jan:

Breakie: 2 x cups of tea 1pp for milk.
Lunch: sw skinny 2pp
Bacon x 3 3pp
Onion 0pp
10g cheese 1pp
Ww choc digestive 1pp

Wil update dinner later

Dinner was ww pepperoni pizza (as hubby had dominoes) 13pp
Made my own garlic mayo 1pp
1 slice garlic bread 2pp

Snacks
Raisins 1pp

26/26 dailies
24/49 weekies used. Wil prob use sum weekiles later.

Wel altho I resisted dominoes last night... I had a choc binge :( here goes

So im left with 12 weeklies
But as monday is a new week im feelin ok. Plus its my TOTM so.needed the choc :(

Thats fine tho, even tho u dint plan it u haven't gone over ur weeklies and u still have loads left for the next couple days :-D

The ready meals r so handy. I like them cuz u know exactly how many points it is and not tempted to eat more cuz wats ther is ther. And they r quite tasty.

Today is goin to b a challenge. My in laws are coming over for afternoon tea. They r lucky naturally skinny ppl who eat watever they want and therefore dont umderstand diets. So I havnt ate anyfin yet as I plan on havin 2 sandwich triangles and a bun so I can avoid "awk them silly diets dont work" and "sure one wont hurt" wish me luck :-/ lol

Ahh I hate it when ppl r like that! U should just tell them ww isnt a diet and it does work if ppl stick to it :-D

So the in laws came and went. I had 3 x sandwich triangles... all ham. And a butterfly bun. And a choc caramel digestive. And a cup of tea.

No idea wat the damage is :-/

So my plan is to have a low pp ww meal for dinner later n thatl b me for today. If im hungry il have fruit.

Headin out for a couple hours later but im drivin so wil have sum diet coke or 7up free. Woo hoo. Roll on 2moro to get back to basics.

So had a small ready meal last night (beef hot pot) 6 pp with a mountain of stir fried veg. Yum :)
Then went out last night. Had 3 diet cokes. Took my friend to the kebab shop after and got my hubby a burger. I then had one bite of this burger followed by half box of grapes lol. I know the burger was bad but I could have had a whole one so im very pleased with myself.

Anyway new day today and I plan on spendin some of it applyin for new jobs (my company was recently bought over and we have been told no1 is safe) feelin positive today. TOTM is quite bad atm bit I wil resist a choc binge!

Will update food later :)
