ProPoints Dippys diary 2014... this is my time!

Monday 13th jan

Breakie:
40g weetabix choc minis 4pp
250ml soya milk light 2pp
Some on cereal, rest in tea.

Mid morn: banana and green tea.

Lunch:
Ww squeeze n stir veg soup 1pp
2 x ww bread 2pp
3 x oranges

Dinner:
170g lean pork loin 7pp
50g dry cous cous 5pp
Stir fry veg
1/4 jar ww roasted garlic sauce 1pp

Snacks:
Ww bread toasted x 1. 1pp
Ww cheese slice 1pp
ww Caramel cake bar 2pp

Really need more ideas for a low pp lunch. im starvin by the time it gets to 3 in work. Plus I know il end up getin bored with soup. and sumfin quick as have half hour (strictly) have access to microwave and kettle and fridge. All answers on a postcard. Thinkin lower than 5/6pp.

U could have a sandwich and cuppa soup for 6pp if u juse the right bread ect
