Disappointed :(

I weigh every day and I've noticed fluctuations too. So much goes into it - did I drink enough? Have I pooped? What did I eat as my meal?

Over the week is what matters, not on a daily basis. Keep your chin up and remember, whatever you lose, it's a loss!
 
Well its a week since i started and im 12st 3.5 lbs!! thats 7.5lbs off!!!

Am sooooo happy and going to get my husband to hide my scales till next tuesday morning!!!
