Disappointing weigh in

Well, have just moved up to Working Solution and have stuck with it 100% but I've put on half a pound and my measurements have stayed the same. Boohoo.

Hoping to have a good loss next week to keep up my motivation. I can cope with one disappointment but I don't want it to become a habit.

What sort of meals have you been having on your WS? I'm already starting to think about my refeed week and worrying.......

I've had chicken breast with lettuce, mangetout and cucumber with a dressing made from natural yogurt, dry mustard and a drop of worcester sauce.
Tuna steak with dry stirfried julienne courgette, spinach and mangetout, with a few drops of soy sauce.
Salmon steak with green salad as above.
Turkey breast with steamed broccoli, courgette and cauliflower 'mash'.

With so few veg choices it does get a bit difficult to ring the changes but I know it will be worth it. I am enjoying having yogurt and fruit though.
I was hoping to lose more than 1/2 a pound this week but it is the time of the month for me and I usually put on weight. Look forward to next week I am sure the scales will tell a different story then.
Sounds good, despite the limited choice of veggies. Also sounds spot-on according to the books as well. :confused:

I'm sure it'll be better next week. :)
