disaster as struck

    we travelled to the lake district last night for a weekend away you guessed it what did i forget to pack my lipotrim and blender it is still sitting near the front door at home :cry:i have been doing so well ,phoned all the local chemists this morning none have heard of lipotrim.all i can think to do is atkins till tues when we get home this as really turned my weekend away that i have been looking forward to into a disaster:(

    aww looks its done now, dont let forgetting your LT stuff ruin your weekend away. stick to the atkins and you should stay in ketosis dont forget to drink your water.

    Oh G&T dont worry about it there is nothing you can do now until you get back. Its a great sign that you tried everything in your power to get your hands on LT!

    Yeah...stick to protein and no carbs and you should be fine......

    awww what a shame hun. But dont let it ruin your weekend away, nothing you can do about it now. Drink as much water as you can and try to stick with proteins till you get back :)

    Hi Hun...heres a list of foods you can eat and stay in keotosis ...Enjoy your time away....hehe notice how you remebered your laptop...how addicted are we all!!!

    Foods to keep you in keotosis for a wee while longer
    You can have 3oz of one of the following

    Chicken breast (no skin)
    Turkey
    Ham
    Poached Salmon
    1egg, poached, boiled
    Plain prawns
    3 slices of back bacon (remove fat)
    Quorn
    Tofu
    White fish
    Plain cottage cheese

    Plus unlimited veg off this list
    Broccoli
    Alfalfa Sprouts
    Peppers
    Chicory
    Radishes
    Cucumber
    Bamboo Shoots
    Cauliflower
    Leeks
    Lettuce
    Watercress
    Spinach
    Celery
    Cabbage (any kind)
    Asparagus
    Fennel
    Pak choi
    Courgettes
    Marrow
    Fresh Garlic
    You can season with pepper, small
    pinch of salt, use herbs and spices,
    balsamic vinegar but no lemon
    Juice or anything containing citric
    acid.
    Some lovleymeals & stir fries could be made from that list

    BTW i only posted this as G&T has forgotten here shakes...otherwise i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else on LT unles they had been on refeed and still wanted to lose weight x

    thanks nic;):) i am sticking to them till i get back hopefully i wont have done too much damage ,i am blaming otherhalf asked him if all bags had been put in the car ,yes everyone he said i'd left it infront of the front door but he moved it to oneside to open the door:sigh:anyway just enjoying the weekend now and back on track tues gin xxx

    Hi hun...they worked for me i had to come off it docs orders so i stuck to those and lost 5lbs too yay so fingers crosses!!!
    MEN!!!!PAH!!!! bless him the poor creatures if they had brains they would be dangerous hehe
