    I've been on WW for 8 weeks now. I'm doing it myself as I have all the books etc from a previous time. I have lost 7 lbs so far but for the last 3 weeks i haven't been able to loose anything. I'm sticking rigidly to my points. I dont use any of the extra 49 or my exercise points. I've increased my exercise from 2 fitness classes a week to 2 fitness and 1 spinning class and still no change. I can't eat any less. Any advice would b greatly accepted :sigh::sigh:

    Sometime it could be that you are not eating enough as your body is probably reconising the need for more calorie due to exercising and is holding on to what you have.

    I would suggest using your weeklies for a few days and see if that helps.

    Keeping a food diary is useful as over the weeks you can identify where you might be going wrong and other members can have a look to help you out.

    Well done on your weight loss already and on getting fitter!

    I've always had a good loss when I've used my weeklies. I lost 54 pounds using all my weeklies. Try mixing up your food as well like having a different breakfast everyday. Keep going you have done well. It will come off if you keep on trying.

    How has this week gone? Did you vary your breakfast?
