Just sat and worked out how many old points I would have been having today and it worked out to 19 old points and 27 pro points with additional fruit. I always used to lose weight if I kept within the old points so I don't think I'm going to use my weekly allowance this week, might have a treat on weigh in day and then stick to my 29 a day. It wasn't feeling like a diet when I was using more points was never hungry as I'd always just say ah I'll take them out of my weeklys! I think I need to feel hungry at times so that my body learns that I don't need to eat as much.
