I have been doing SS since last Wednesday and so far have lost 7 lbs, for the past 3 days my weight has STS. Now, I know that 7lbs loss already is great BUT when I was on SS+ before, I regularly lost 1 or 2 lbs daily. But thinking about it, I suppose I am losing more this way, just lost all at once instead of 1lb odd per day. Sorry for this, just wanted to let off a bit of steam.

7lb is awesome. Stay positive. It will probably be more when you go for your WI.

Well done Paul on your loss so far. It would be best to keep of the scales as the weight does drop off at different times over the course of a week.
Good Luck for your next official weigh-in, bet you will do just fine.
